SOS function

Every second counts in the event of emergency. In light of this, we’ve created a special SOS calling system for lone workers. If a situation arises where help is needed now or sooner, press a single button on the side of the phone, and the phone will automatically dial five emergency numbers, while simultaneously sending these numbers an SMS. The SOS calling system works whether your phone screen is wet, dusty or shattered to pieces, granting you a security net in the event that your security net (your Getnord) needs mending.

Phone usage in special conditions

Getnord Cat has a special TFT (IPS) screen, made with G-F-F technology (Glass-Film-Film) that offers varying levels of sensitivity. Selectable sensitivity has made it possible to use a special function – Glove Mode. This function enables greater sensitivity to touch so that your screen works when operating with gloves or wet fingers. For those working in even harsher and more extreme conditions, the most important functions are accessible without even touching the screen.
