GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY
The Getnord website getnord.com/us is pleased to offer three different shipping methods. We have Standard Shipping, Two-Day Shipping and One-day Shipping options available. Please allow at least one(1) business day for processing including Two-Day Shipping and One-day Shipping. Packages are only delivered weekdays, including Two-Day Shipping and One-day Shipping.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES
Within the 48 contiguous states:
a) FREE Standard Shipping on order $50 or more. $5.00 Standard Ground on orders under $50
b) For orders up to $100.00 – Two-Day Shipping $8.35, Next Day Shipping $13.95
c) For orders over $100.00 – Two-Day Shipping $6.95, Next Day Shipping $9.95
At this time we are unable to offer Two-Day Shipping and Next Day Shipping to Hawai'i, Alaska, or Puerto Rico
Please note that orders shipping to A/D/FPO boxes, Hawai'i and Puerto Rico may take up to four(4) weeks for delivery.
During periods of increased traffic such as our Black Friday 5-Day Sale, packages may require more than one(1) business day to process shipment. Please allow up to five(5) business days during such periods.
30 DAY HASSLE-FREE RETURNS
Try your Getnord phone and make sure you get the very best handset for your needs. If not, you can return your phone up to 30 days from your order date. By downloading and using our return label, we will deduct $7 from your refund. If you’d like a different model or another style, please place a new order and we’ll credit your account once we receive your return. For tracking purposes we are unable to accommodate exchanges. Getnord retail stores are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time.

APO, FPO and PUERTO RICO CUSTOMERS
a) Please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or (888) 303-7271 to make a return.
Please keep your tracking number for reference. Once we receive your product at the warehouse, it may take 3-5 days to process the return. You will receive an email confirmation when your account has been credited, less the $7 for return shipment. Thank you.
